Every estate agency with an office in Mallorca, whether or not it pays us.
A basic listing is always free.
The order on an area page
Every place on the island gets the same three groups, in the same order.

Office in the place itself
On the Cala Major page, agencies with a shopfront in Cala Major come first.

Offices nearby that cover it
Agencies based elsewhere in the same municipality that work in this place. For Cala Major, that means elsewhere in Palma.

Others covering the area
Island-wide agencies and agencies elsewhere that cover it.
Municipality pages follow the same pattern one level up: offices in the municipality, then offices elsewhere in the zone that cover it, then everyone else. Zone pages have two groups: offices in the zone, then other agents covering it.
Within each group
Featured agencies appear first and are always marked “Featured”. After that, agencies are ordered by a neutral score: their Google rating weighted by the number of reviews (a handful of reviews counts for less than hundreds), whether they are on the Balearic register of estate agents, and how long they have been trading. Profile completeness will be added once agencies can update their own profiles.
Featured The only mark a paying agency gets. It never changes which group an agency is in.
Reviews
When the list goes live, each agency’s profile will show its Google rating and a small selection of Google reviews, with full attribution as Google’s terms require. We won’t edit or hide reviews.

The Balearic government keeps an official register of estate agents. Registration is currently voluntary, so we show it as a mark of trust, not a requirement.
