Many of the homes sold in the Balearic Islands are bought by foreigners, most of them German, British or Dutch. Often they arrive knowing nobody.
Property portals show you houses, but not which agent knows a village best, who speaks your language, or who has been doing this well for twenty years. That’s the gap we fill.
Free to be listed
We list every agency we can find, for free. Agencies can pay to be featured: featured agencies appear first in their group and are always labelled, and paying never moves an agency into a different group.
